These files have had OTRS ticket:2012110210009284 added to the file pages as evidence of permission. However, the ticket does not mention these files. Unless there is further evidence of permission, these files should be deleted.

The OTRS mail says: "All those images are released to be used with a free license Creative Commons: Attribution 3.0 Unported", which is indeed a bit unprecise (but in my opinion clear enough to license all Pixeden pictures properly). Nevertheless, I've sent Pixeden another mail to precise the statement.
Please stay tuned. --TheMostAmazingTechnik (talk) 19:37, 30 April 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I read that statement as referring to the five images listed in the first email rather than all of their images. Thanks for sending another email. Green Giant (talk) 20:24, 30 April 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@TheMostAmazingTechnik and @Green Giant, did anything come out of this mailing? What's the status with those files now? Basvb (talk) 17:41, 7 May 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Today they have responded. For the new images, they don't like to use CC anymore. But practically, it is usable in any way. "Please feel free to use our resources in that a way as long as they are flatten." Is this OK or not enough? --TheMostAmazingTechnik (talk) 17:48, 7 May 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Delete: All files on Commons must be released under terms explicitly allowing reuse and modifications by anyone and for any commercial or non-commercial purpose; I can't find any such release on PixEden's website or OTRS.    FDMS  4    23:55, 15 May 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
